after following links to a few github repos
*concerningly*
it seams they are having trouble
sharing non repo data they collect

Failed to load issues.

We encountered an error trying to load issues.

*wonder any one else happen to have encountered this problem
and-or  found / used ?...

the problem originally occurred for me on the
https://github.com/joergi/MagPiDownloader/issues
repo ... a while later issues did appear ,...
though the list of pull requests also failed to load with out obvious error !

then following a link from the forum to
https://github.com/chenall/grub4dos/issues
also displayed the error

this appears to be affecting hub-login accounts also
