It appears that xorg-server.tcz looks for a font folder "100pdi" rather than "100dpi".  The Xorg server reports no font folder "100pdi". This appears in three files in the tcz: Xnest, Xvfb and Xorg.
There is an easy work-around by defining a symbolic link to let the server find the 100dpi font files.

I just checked  TC14 x86_64  and it reports the same error.

However, a search of the repo shows no extensions containing
any  100dpi  directories. So currently, there is no impact.

Ah - the mistake is here: http://tinycorelinux.net/15.x/aarch64/tcz/src/xorg-server/compile_xorg-server

I'll look to fix the error the next time xorg-server is re-built
