Tricky installation question, TinyCore bloat problem

I have problems installing TinyCore Linux onto the 176 byte memory of my trusty Zuse Z3 electromechanical "telephone relais inside" electronic brain. I'll figure it out eventually, I guess, but for now I want to bid my fellow nerds, geeks and freaks a very wonderful Christmas!
