fluxbox maintenance

I realize the fluxbox extension has not been rebuilt in years, so I'll just throw this out there for posterity in case the extension ever gets rebuilt.

'tce.installed/fluxbox' script is invoked with '#!/bin/sh -x'.  The '-x' is probably a remnant of previous debugging, and should eventually be removed.

I've corrected the  tce.installed/fluxbox  script in TC11 x86 through TC16 x86.
