If I buy cheapest Orange Pi or Raspberry Pi, am I able to install modern browser, open only one cart, and watch fluently YouTube in 1080p25, 1080p30, 1080p60?
Does GPU has 2D, 3D, video codec acceleration (h.264, h.265, vp9, av1) support in Linux?

I seem to recall that hd videos played OK with piCore64 on an RPi4 - Xorg-3d gives hardware acceleration and the gpu supports h264.
