Msoft...... win 10 pro (64bit) help
« on: February 12, 2025, 03:28:03 PM »
Hello Forum,

Can you help with a Msoft win 10  64 issue..........?

This  Laptop here has basically locked out the login accounts
with  Microsoft stating "your password was probably changed"  #

------>  NOPE....no such thing happened here.

So  it's creating a DEFUALT  login when you type the correct password
(before it's sermised change of password......)

This  default desktop it creates will NOT ALLOW the user to save any alterations to the
desktop or any of the apps.....and it's also DEFAULTING to Msoft for everything
including auto starting EDGE BROWSER and then trying to force
the user to LOCK this default state to some MICROSOFT ACCOUNT THAT THEY
already own or must create and login to.....?

have you experienced Msoft machines simply taking on
these default states....?  .... without any intention on users parts.....to do so?

The machine will also REFUSE ACCESS to any system folders or such as DEVICE MANAGER
EXPLORER or anything concerning peripherals or hardware alterations?

It's SO SO confusing indeed.........you can RIGHT CLICK a folder and go
"give access  to"........then tell it that YOU the current logged in ID
want access to it

You must then ASLO.....right click the "app in question" and go "run as administrator"
All of the above is required even to get APPS to run

All of the START MENU's have been removed....all the lists of PAST APPS have been removed
and are not clickable.....Calendar removed.....Notifications on the bottom right REMOVED

(nothing happens when you click any of these menu's,,,,,,including the start menu....?  )
i mean the machine is completely screwed with security  .....but ofcourse  it
has NO PROBLEM directling you onto the connected internet to PLEASE GET ALL YOUR SECURITY
SORTED OUT WITH  ********  MICROSOFT **********

.......i actually did go down that Microsoft route, and indeed they required the actual
Hardware machine to be REGISTERED WiTH MICROSOFT in California........which i have
gone ahead and registered....

My main concern is the machine isn't giving you a VIRGIN windows.....as per which ever
identity you use to login..........you just get the Sort of primary condition
of the machine with a  RELIC  default login STATE that you once used......with

"some apps showing up" some not.........
some apps running ok......
some not running at all.........

it's a real confusion........

...........i DO have another spare win 10 64 laptop here whiCh
is in perfect virgin working order..........and i would love to have the
same condition for this confusing HP Laptop here

any advice?.....should is just RECOVER the machine to virgin from the
safety partition of the hard drive?   (a  fresh virgin win 10 )

....gawd

thx

Boot to Safe Mode and change the password for your account.
