If I want to use VPN or proxy, or cache, in TC. Can I config it not by command line interface?
It would be good to have GUI ipv6 and ipv4 MAC address in GUI configuration.

Proxies and VPNs are both app-specific and tech-specific, so a general GUI is not really possible. MAC, changing that is not something an everyday user will do?

A few Web browsers/downloaders support the http_proxy environment variable (also https_proxy and ftp_proxy), which can be set in ~/.profile to your proxy of choice.
here is the description for using http_proxy with GNU Wget
.
But since I don't think Firefox and some other common internet programs support reading the proxy setting from http_proxy, it would probably be confusing to add a GUI configuration option for that.
