https://www.zdnet.com/home-and-office/work-life/now-duckduckgo-is-building-its-own-desktop-browser/

Windows version use MS Edge (bink I believe).
Android and iOS versions probably use internal system browser.

I heard that DDG offer free email acounts? I am looking for free email that will work with old browser or email client. I don't want to feed g mail with my personal data. I also wonder if it possible to have email server on home router for non-profesional email that are not very important.

About "I don't want to feed g mail with my personal data": you do not need to provide Go0gle with your REAL data. Give fake data to the sucker, about you: even another fake email for recovery. Buy a cheap SIM (pay as you go - never use it for anything else) for SMS recovery etc. This is the method that I use for hungry data colectors. YMMV.
