Enable UART serial communications while mainainting wifi

I whould also check the /etc/inittab file, to check if there are some lines with some tty to console.

The correct lines in inittab should be instead of this shell script.
Sorry the startserial.sh is a workaround, to not edit the inittab file in initramfs file.
