Wiki, *.la files not in dev extension

From this topic I understand that .la files should not be added to the -dev extension (anymore).

The Wiki still details that
--- Quote ---*.a *.h *.la *.m4 *.pc -> dev extension (after --strip-debug)
--- End quote ---

Can someone update the Wiki?

I added you to the  Wiki Author  group. You should now be
able to log in to the Wiki with your forum credentials and
edit it yourself.

Removed *.la from the list for inclusion in the -dev extension, and added a note below.
