Missing dependencies for evas.tcz and evas-dev in 15.x x86 repo

In 15.x / x86, evas.tcz depends upon eet.tcz and giflib.tcz, neither of which are in the current repo.
Similarly, evas-dev.tcz depends upon eet-dev.tcz.
According to its info file, nothing has been done with evas.tcz since 2013/11/22 (Core 5.1rc1).

evas/evas-dev removed from tc-15.x x86 repo - thanks for pointing this out.
