When Children Drown, Adults Are Typically Around
You need to supervise your kids in the pool(bathtub/pond/lake/etc)
It’s not enough to just be present(doesn't hurt to be proficient in first-aid/cpr/etc as well)

Children drown in the Phoenix metro area every year, starting as soon as a child thinks it's ok to hit the pool. Every story is different and every story is the same. No fence around the pool, no supervision for a  moment, a young child dies. It is stupid, it is tragic, and it is all too common.
