clawsmail on TC14

Trying to start clawsmail on TC14 from the command line, it fails to start.
Says it can't find libssl.so.1.1.
Openssl is a dependency, but has libssl.so.3.

Only x86 has an extension for Claws Mail (claws-mail.tcz).

claws-mail and libetpan updated in tc-15.x x86 repo.

openssl-1.1.1 added to libetpan deps in tc-14.x x86 repo.
