is (imho) the wrong question ...

Q: can *you* install playonlinux on tinycore?

A: you can try ! ( and write the !(research!)/ process )

... IF play on linux has a forum *more* likely they have deeper *playonlinux* knowledge , of requirements dependency's ect

even better if they have some wiki / documentation with 'build instruction'

which according to the read-me file
 appears to require java ...
and has instructions (* you can try*) for building the program on various environments !

traditionally this would require adding the build/runtime dependencies
to a/your environment ,
or alternately
 follow the modern trend of building in
 some vm?/(docker?/podman?)container .. Gitpod??
or whatever namespace-isolation wrapper du-jour
