X startup commands

Hi everyone,

Any ideas why the commands inside "start_time_sync" (located in /home/tc/.X.d) are not fully executing? It seems that the second and third lines are not running, so gpsd and gpspipe are not coming up, when typing "chronyc sources", I get an error, "Error 506 cannot talk to daemon".

But, I can type in the commands manually and all works fine, chrony works perfectly. I also can put the commands in script file and that runs just fine too.

Maybe you could try starting it from  /opt/bootlocal.sh  instead?

Thank you once again Rich!, that seems to have worked!

Hopefully that will good now, I could maybe increase the sleep interval in extlinux.conf to give the GPS more time to fire up perhaps, but not sure it's needed.

generally synchronize the system clock within a few minutes."
