missing deps in feh.tcz.dep

I see feh.tcz was updated for TCL14 x86_64.
feh.tcz.dep needs to include libjpeg-turbo-bin.tcz and jpegexiforient.tcz because feh uses these utilities for rotation of images (Right-click on image -> File -> Edit in Place -> Rotate). Without the utilities, rotation doesn't work and causes feh to spit out errors.

I'll send the maintainer (aus9) a PM as well.
