i happened to scan over this topic on reddit
and noticed that *"Auto Tab Discard" gets a mention fore reducing resource usage / battery

and wandered if any one has tried any of the ** other methods / tips mentioned in the script or comments to reduce battery power

it appears that display brightness is probably the biggest power drain factor
