Red appears blue and blue appears red in VGA monitor. What to do?

I tried running Tiny Core on QEMU and on my old PC. While booting and shutting down, characters appear alike on both machines, in GUI, in my PC, red appears blue and blue appears red. Is there any setting using which I can change this?

Update-
yesterday I exited to prompt and ran xsetup
and chose a nice setting for monitor. Now the problem is gone. Why did this happen?

Your GPU is not vesa compatible. You will need to use another X server.
