TILvids (similar to youtube) videos won't play with Vivaldi browser

Finally, youtube has a competition, just checking it out today.  All TILvids videos play well on puppylinux with vivaldi, but in 32bit TC, with vivaldi the TILvids videos won't play.  Youtube plays well on the same Celeron laptop.  I put up the screen capture.  Any suggestions ??

Try another web browser or any of the hundreds of free video streaming services
available.

To see a list of free streaming video services available  "youtube-dl"  website shows a list of similar services to youtube......hundreds of them free

The  "format is not supported"  message suggests a missing codec.

This note in the  .info  file might explain it:

                You need
                chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra_72.0.3626.121-0ubuntu0.18.04.1_i386.deb
                for aac/ac3/mpeg4audio/h264/mov/mp3 support
