(it works with direct cable, but is there any more efficient driver suggestions!?)

* Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection (MOW2)
I've never used the wireless connection on TCL until now!? how will I do !?

Maybe it will work with the modesetting driver in xorg-server - load Xorg-7.7, startx and examine Xorg.0.log to see which driver it looks for.

The wireless-KERNEL extension contains iwl3945.ko.gz - load the wifi extension, "sudo wifi.sh" and examine dmesg to check if the driver is looking for intel firmware.
