USB-HDD installation

Hello,
I create a bootable USB flash drive for CorePlus using UNetbootin to install it on another USB flash drive!! I follow every step that mentioned in the website, but second flash drive won't boot at all it seems it is not bootable!! 

I also tried Frugal as installation method but still second flash drive won't boot. I do somethnig wrong? or bootable flash drive that I created with UNetbootin is the only why to using TinyCore from flash drive?

I have not any working CD drive so I use another flash drive.

Formatting Options: Select ext2.

What's is your recommended media, flash drive or microSD card?

Boot options: waitusb=5
(note: waitusb=5:UUID=“xxxxxx-xxxxxx” bootcode is automatically added when a removable drive is connected)

Everytime I try to install, always this field is empty on my system.

Remember to remove the CD.

I remove the flash drive(Live) to boot the system using the second flash drive but it won't detected!!

I'm so sorry for too many question  Could you help me, please, where is my mistake

Since you have a live USB that boots, maybe this would be better:
http://tinycorelinux.net/install.html

Select  Frugal, Whole Disk, Install boot loader.
Select ext4.
Unless you know you need a boot code, skip step 4.
Select  Core and X/GUI Desktop.
Click  Proceed.
