tinycore 12.0 core.gz md5sum does not match

Downloaded core.gz and got:

B) Downloaded from http://tinycorelinux.net/12.x/x86/release/
CorePlus-12.0.iso
After completing tc-install-GUI.tcz and starting install following error showed:
core.gz MD5Sum mismatch

It seems the  .md5.txt  file for the TC11 version of  core.gz  wound up in the TC12 repository.
The TC12  .md5.txt  file has been updated.

Thanks for update. A workaround I used before seeing your kind reply was on tc-install-GUI.tcz startup avoid selecting Download From Internet
Instead click in box 'Path to core.gz' to get up a directory browser.
Drill down to find core.gz
