caja file manager
« on: December 29, 2020, 04:11:10 PM »
I figured out how to make  caja  (MATE's file manager) run on TCL with bare minimum GNOME/MATE cruft to support it. It's been submitted as a TCL11.x x86_64 extension.

P.S. I prefer  xfe  myself, but my TCL-powered media player is used by my entire family. Unfortunately, my wife and kids like bling.

Juanito,
I resubmitted the caja and engrampa extensions. This time they are built from source, using latest stable release.
As before, the extensions are DE/WM-agnostic.
Please post them at your convenience.

P.S. Building was moderately to severely painful, so I submitted for x86_64 only. If users want to build for other architectures, my build notes are attached. Hopefully having notes will take the edge off.
