I've heard they have the best Intel-CPU-tuned distro with somewhat quirky package manager. One would love to have that tuning performance on Debian, yet even more welcome, on TCL!

1) Get the tccompile package.
2) Prepare on your own the Debian toolchain.
3) Then:
