Again - I don’t believe one exists, you will need to mount the dCore iso and take a look.

With 7zip I can see inside the iso file.
but a linux distro
must publish their own list of ingredients explicitly!?

I'd also recommend keeping a backup of your working configuration before making changes. With Tiny Core it's really handy to have something you can quickly restore if an experiment doesn't go as planned.
