Use the  tcesubmit  email address, not the  picoresubmit  address.

Thanks Rich, I wont be doing this as I've now realized that my 3G USB modems are not working due to low power from the Pi Zero port.

I've also realised that Raspberry Pi OS now offers overlayfs and a read-only fs which is the main reason I was choosing PiCore. However its an excellent little OS so congratulations on the work done so far and to these helpful forums.
