I'm using tinycore64, but I don't have a wired network, I read "setting up wifi" http://wiki.tinycorelinux.net/wiki:setting_up_wifi
And decided to install wicd-1.7.4.tar.gz(https://launchpad.net/wicd/+download) via usb, successfully extracted it

The best I can suggest is replace the word  start  with the topic of the old link, but leave the  .html  in there, like this:
