Yes, but it works on TCL11.x normally.

I'm not sure, because there are no such restrictions in our country, and we never have to worry about these problems, especially copyright issues.
I think it should allow free use and distribution (as long as it is not decompiled), CentOS, PCLinuxOS and other distributions provide Google Chrome for use.

According to Wikipedia, Google Chrome is proprietary freeware. Here is the link to the licence.
