Files in tce (1.x) repo

In the (1.x) tce repo, the repo snarfing script flagged the following anomalies:
  missing .list files for
    dmidecode.tce
    libcap.tcel
    qemu.tce
    strace.tce
    dosbox.tce (looks like this one is already fixed)

  md5 mismatches for
    dictclient.tce
    fortune-mod.tce
