Which download for Raspberry Pi 4?

I'm trying to build a RPi appliance for video conferencing/web browsing using a Pi 4. I want to use a TV via a HDMI output and Logitech USB webcam and USB wireless keyboard/mouse.

Can someone please point me to the latest PiCore version that supports the RPi 4? Is a X windows package available?

Has anyone done this before?

I believe you want TC11 for a Pi 4. It's still a test release and can be found here:
http://tinycorelinux.net/11.x/armv7l/test_releases/RPi/

Xorg 2d, 3d and wayland are available
