What window manager do you use, and how you move wbar in the right site of the screen? This layout looks very similar to "well-known OS".

Well, I sought to have a relaxing visual environment. This defines my mood at the moment.

Like wndow manager I downloaded from Apps the extension openbox.tcz & obconf.tcz after, I opened the second in the terminal and then I selected a beauty bright black style (i don't remember the name, but you should be watch suddenly).

To move the wbar options to the left only you needs to open the Control Panel/tcWbarConf, in the bottom-left change de Position to "Right Vertical" and after "Apply".
