Keyboard stops working after sudo reboot
« on: January 18, 2020, 07:10:17 AM »
I'm using a Pi Zero W. I tried waitusb=5 in /mnt/mmcblk0p1/config.txt to no avail. Annoyingly, unplugging/replugging the keyboard causes the system to crash. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks in advance.

You should use "sudo exitcheck.sh reboot"

Okay, but no difference. Keyboard still disappears.

Which version of piCore are you using?

It doesn't happen for me with an RPi3 or RPi4 with 9.x and 11.x.

piCore 9.0.1 with Pi Zero W. Also put waitusb=5 in both /mnt/mmcoreblk0p1/cmdline.txt and cmdline3.txt

I'd like to try either "waitusb=15:LABEL=keyboard_uuid_here"... or "waitusb=15:UUID=keyboard_label_here". Do those commands only apply to memory devices? Or can I use them on the keyboard?
