Laptop symptoms (screen bleeds of bright colors)...?

Hello  there Forum,

Is  there  repair  available for  symptoms  of  "bleeding colors"  in  Laptop  screen.

The  focussed window   will  bleed  any bright  colors  from and scrolling image contents
into the  framework of the GUI  window.  (Dark  frame )


Could it  be a  very  low end  screen?........not  seen  it  till now.   

The digital screens  are   supplied to literally last for multiples there-of  the lifespan of any machine.....?

it is  a  $2340  Laptop  and  supposed to be  very   good. .................O___0..................

(.......temperature   maybe.....?.....) .................. 

resolution  settings   compromised...?  .........it has  advanced   graphics  inside the machine.


Iti  is  not  a big deal..........must had  not  seen  the  symptom.    (Maybe it is intermittent?)

Showing  that the screen or  associated   tech is on  it's way  out.....?

all software(s) around graphics  are correct
