FLWM no fullscreen title bar appears !!!

FLWM does not matter horizontally or vertically
in all 2 versions; title bar appears

I don't believe "maximise window" is the same thing as "full screen".

You would expect to have a title bar in maximise window, but not in full screen.

we are in same idea,
but there are problems with full screen usage.

Ctrl-Alt-M does the same thing as double clicking on the title bar, it alternates between the current size and maximized just like
it's supposed to. If you want to run applications full screen you have a few choices:
1. Find applications that have a full screen mode built into them.
2. Find a window manager with native full screen support on a per application built in.
