piCore section in the wiki

I've added a piCore section to the end of the main page of the wiki: http://wiki.tinycorelinux.net/wiki:start

and added a page containing info about enabling wi-fi on a Pi Zero W, and also a placeholder for a page about general piCore installation.

Please contribute!  I suggest that we use the namespace "picore" for all pages in this section (by adding "picore:" to the start of page names).
