sce-merge usage

A Guy:
I was looking at that sce-merge script and could see how it would be beneficial.
The idea of saving transfer time because of common pieces between modules not being to re-sent is great.

My problem, after combining two modules, the combined file didn't work.

I was adding this to the /tmp/builtin directory and repackaging my core.gz .

Does this require a .debinx of some kind , how is this generated?
