TinyCore Discard my changes in FileSystem

Hello,
i have problem with my Tiny!
for example, i install Apache everything is fine, but when i change to httpd.conf at /usr/local/conf after backup and reboot everything get back to orginal file!!! or i creat with vi a sample file in that path or /usr/local after rebooting with backup those files gone!

i know what is my problem? and thank you for your help. ???

i install my tiny on the 8GB Transend USB Flash Drive

You should read http://www.tinycorelinux.com/concepts.html
In particular, "The Fourth Mode", i.e, persistent /usr/local and/or "Backup/Restore and Other Persistency Options" and of course you could also opt for the scatter mode install.
