Mirror list - which is fresh?

Just wondering about the mirrors.tcz ..

I'm running TinyCorePure64 ver 10.1 and when I tell it to find the fastest mirror, it scans 20 mirrors, and picks the fastes.  Yet for the life of me, I can't find the mirror file it uses as a reference.

So the question is - is the mirror list included by default in 10.1 somewhere fresher than the mirror.tcz in the repo's?

Or have I just had too much coffee?

The list it uses is in mirrors.tcz, which then is grabbed from the wiki.
