I'd guess that error is due to booting in cd mode where downloaded extensions are stored in ram and you have run out of ram.

I tried again in the point of zero installation,
no problems with other applications

just have problems with these applications

* libreoffice.tcz
* gimp2.tcz
* gimp.tcz
* chromium-browser.tcz

  64-bit * .tcz gives download and download error as in picture

I just tested the download of chromium-browser, it works fine:

Could you check your tce/optional folder, delete any files named chromium-browser.tcz* and try again with the command above?
