Possible fix for "Cannot find native C99 compiler" error msg

Hi

After loading your compiletc TCZ and if you see above error, it appears we may have missing a sym link. Of course you may not see that error at all depending on what you may be attempting to compile.

I use 64 bit gcc and this is the first time I have seen this error so I am not asking for it to be in the 10x series gcc when it is built . But if someone has time to create it, ;)
