nvidia-340.106-4.8.17-tinycore64 is now available for dCore-stretch64.  Instructions on use are the same as in the below link:

You may have to manually modprobe the drm and nvidia modules on each boot, I use the below commands in /opt/bootsync.sh:

modprobe drm
modprobe nvidia
