Mp4 on tinycore

Hi, first post. Recently installed tiny core on vmware for a gns3 project where I need to stream video with ffmpeg to 2 physical APs. My question is can I download an mp4 file on tinycore? Through chromium perhaps? I am away from my workstation at the moment, just brainstorming. Thanks.
