epdfview-jessie, epdfview-xenial, epdfview-stretch, epdfview-zesty are now available in the prebuilt section. Epdfview depends on a certain version of poppler which is why each has it's own build. It is available as a Debian/Ubuntu package in dCore-wheezy but not in the Debian/Ubuntu repo any other dCore x86 port.
Each has been tested with only xorg-all, icewm and the relevant epdfview package installed.
