My SSH is working tough, but its annoying and disturbing,

I believe SSH service should be run by root.
Did you do run "/usr/local/etc/init.d/openssh start" as superuser ?

I run it with sudo command,

I "fixed" it by adding below before starting ssh,

sudo /usr/local/bin/ssh-keygen -A
