What is the command line to extract the content of .tce file? Goal is to add them to rootfs.gz and remaster the file..

A .tce is simply a tar file, with optional menu and icon specific to TC.
As such use you can use the -C option of tar to specifiy the root directory where you have unpacked your rootfs.gz
