inetutils-server missing from repository
« on: June 02, 2017, 10:30:23 PM »
I was looking for a telnet server for Pure64, and noticed that inetutils-server is missing from the repository. Any chance someone could add it?

Ref:
Quote
--disable-servers
This disables the installation of the various network servers included as part of the Inetutils package...Some are insecure by nature and are only considered safe on trusted networks. Note that better replacements are available for many of these servers.

Maybe there's a better choice?

I looked at openssh, and started the installation, but I don't need all of the secure shell stuff. I also thought about creating the extension, but since it was available in all of the other repositories, I was hoping someone already had all of the scripts to create it. Thanks.
