smtube and smplayer PPA

This PPA brings in the recent version 17.2.0-1 of smplayer for dCore-trusty, dCore-xenial, and dCore-yakkety.  As well as latest version 17.1.0 of smtube for those dCore ports as well.  Add this repo to import from with the below command:

sce-ppa-add ppa:rvm/smplayer

Then:

sce-import smtube

This imports smtube and smplayer and some updated related libraries.   Using it on dCore-trusty now to watch Youtube videos, very good performance with smplayer as opposed to using a web browser.
