error downloading/installing LMS

hello,
i'm encountering a bit of difficulty getting LMS working properly on my PCP setup.  i have been using PCP 2.06 on my pi0, and finally got the touchscreen working properly.  however, when i went to install LMS via the web interface, i got a message saying:
"[ ERROR ] Error Downloading LMS, please try again later."  however, when i do try again later (i have been trying for a few days) it keeps on saying the same thing.  mmcblk0p2 has been resized, so there is plenty of space on the disk.

so, i tried installing PCP 3.02.  now LMS installs properly, but i CANNOT seem to get the touchscreen working properly (i think it might have something to do with re-compiling the tft.tcz for the piCore 8 kernels.

why is LMS giving me an error when using 2.06?  is there a way for me to manually install it?

alternatively, if someone has an updated tft.tcz for piCore 8, that would be very helpful
