I know a lot of people can not afford any internet but I just did a new test. Maybe I have improved from my last test by changing something in my ISP profile.
my upload is a shocker but I am sure you can guess that.
so AFAIK this non-proxy speed makes a VPN out of the question.
Netflix streaming is standard not High Def etc etc
