This droidcam package depends on a ready build environment to create kernel modules with.  So no package will do in dCore.  Kernel modules for 3.16.6-tinycore and the main image were built on Core6, so the Core6 environment is needed with the unpacked kernel source.  What I did do is build the module, and make a package of this droidcam binary in to a dCore premade package called droidcam-dCore.  importing droidcam-dCore will bring in the needed module package, and this should work for every dCore besides dCore-wheezy because of it's age.  I can't test it as I don't have an android phone, but please import and test and report results.
